| Job Description | Related and 3 years’ experience in leading and managing IT projects. Scrum Master Certification required Duties:Involved in managing information technology projects including project planning, initiation, execution, course correction and closure. Develop project timelines and milestones. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Facilitate daily stand-ups and identify current teamwork and ensure team is on track to accomplish project goal. Define project requirements for the team and help the team estimate the features and stories. Conduct iteration and sprint planning meetings to prevent over commitments and scope creep. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Derive metrics for every sprint and assess scrum maturity of the team and organization. Prepare road maps and create epics and stories. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
